The History behind Suzzette’s candles is one steeped in tradition. After her dissatisfaction with a candle that burned with a hole in the middle, Suzzette set out to create a product for the consumer, one that would have a good, strong smell and burn evenly every time. She tried many different methods and recipes and finally one day her diligence paid off. Suzzette had just made a batch of candles with the “Cake Bake” scent. After they were cooled she gathered a load of laundry. When she entered the washroom where a candle was lit she was met by the tantalizing smell of a cake baking in the oven and exclaimed “Thank You Jesus!” for she knew she had found the recipe. And as they say the rest is history. “It’s not about the packaging but what’s in the jar.” Suzzette’s candles are made with only the finest ingredients. Great care is given to ensure that when you open your box of candles you know that this is no ordinary candle. Each candle is made from a carefully prepared recipe. Hand poured into the same tin water buckets that Suzzette used for a cooling effect. The result is a candle that is cooled at just the right temperature, locking in the fragrance and ensuring that it and will burn evenly giving off a strong fragrance every time. Even the lids have seals to ensure that when stored, your candles will be fragrant both when you open them and when they are burned.
